About the Role
We are looking for a Research Analyst & Program Facilitator - Hardware Technologies with a strong interest in Embedded Systems, IoT and Robotics.
The role combines technology research, hands-on project development, program facilitation and student mentoring. The selected candidate will work with students aged 12–17, helping them explore technology through practical projects and experiential learning.

Key Responsibilities
• Facilitate engaging, hands-on technology sessions for students aged 12–17.




• Guide students through programs in Electronics, Robotics, IoT, Drones, 3D Printing and related technologies.
• Lead real-world projects that encourage collaboration, creativity and innovation.
• Mentor students in technical and project development and provide constructive feedback.
• Research emerging technologies and contribute to incorporating them into the curriculum.
• Coordinate logistical arrangements for technology workshops, events and guest speaker sessions.
• Assess student progress and communicate relevant insights with parents.
• Contribute to program and curriculum development initiatives.

Qualifications
Candidates with the following educational backgrounds are encouraged to apply:
• B.E. / B.Tech.
• B.Sc. / M.Sc.
• BCA / MCA

Preferred disciplines include Electronics, Computers, Mechatronics or related fields.
