Job Description – SAP BRIM (Convergent Mediation)
Experience: 6–10 Years
Primary Skills
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP BRIM – Convergent Mediation (CM).
• Experience in mediation flows, data processing, and chargeable item creation.
• Integration experience with Convergent Charging (CC) and SAP S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of SAP BRIM architecture and billing integration.
Secondary Skills
• Experience in production support and incident resolution.
• Handling service requests and change requests.
• Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Good customer-facing communication skills.
• Experience in Application Management Services (AMS) or support projects is preferred.
