About Future KraftFuture Kraft is a hands-on robotics learning program designed to develop real-world engineering, problem-solving, and robotics skills among students aged 9–16 and engineering learners.
Through structured learning tracks, practical workshops, robotics challenges, and demo days, we help learners move beyond textbooks to understand how things work—and build things that actually work.
Future Kraft is a portfolio initiative of The Robot Foundry, a robotics-focused venture studio working on real-world service robotics, automation, and talent development.
About the RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on Junior Robotics Instructor to join our growing team in Mumbai.

• Mechanical World: Mechanisms, gears, linkages, structures, motion, and basic machine design.
• Electrical & Electronics World: Circuits, electricity, sensors, motors, components, and basic electronics.
• Automation World: Control systems, sensors and actuators, automation logic, and practical robotic applications.
• Coding World (Added Advantage): Basic programming, Arduino, block-based coding, and introductory Python/C/C++.

You don't need to be an expert in every domain from day one. What matters most is a strong foundation in practical engineering, a willingness to learn, and the ability to inspire students through hands-on experimentation.
You will work with the Future Kraft team to deliver engaging classes, manage practical labs, mentor student projects, and continuously improve our learning experience.
