EY- Strategy and Transaction – Turnaround and Restructuring Strategy
Within SaT, the TRS services helps clients deal with different forms of threats including capital constraints, fiscal budget deficits, operational challenges, etc
The EY global network of restructuring professionals, along with our transaction and sector professionals, have experience with some of the largest and most complex in and out-of-court restructuring situations. We work with a variety of stakeholders to provide leadership and actionable advice to identify financial and operational strategies to generate liquidity, improve earnings and extract value across underperforming, stressed and distressed businesses.
The EY GDS-SaT-TRS team is seeking an experienced government and Infrastructure sector skilled with exceptional writing and financial analysis to join our team. The individual will support engagements and business development initiatives in the government, transport and health and human services domain. A key part of the role will be to maintain strong communication with the global EY practice offices and keep them informed of our evolving service offerings in order to drive growth, and willingness to understand the local policy and market environment of client offices they serve.
Skills and attributes for success
• Deep understanding of the government funding projects, working with states on fiscal deficit and fund raising projects
