About Plaksha Incubation Center:

The Plaksha Incubation Centre (PIC) is the incubation and venture development arm of Plaksha University, established under Section 8 of the Companies Act. PIC is building a deep-tech-focused entrepreneurship ecosystem at Plaksha University, with the ambition of becoming a hub for deep-tech innovation in North India.PIC works closely with startups, students, faculty, alumni, mentors, investors, industry partners, research institutions, and entrepreneurship networks to support the development and growth of innovative ventures. The Centre aims to enable the translation of academic research into real-world applications while creating opportunities for mentorship, industry collaboration, pilots, partnerships, and access to startup capital.

About Role:

As a PIC Intern, you will work closely with the team to support the day-to-day operations and digital presence of the Plaksha Incubation Centre. This role offers an prospect to gain hands-on exposure to the functioning of a university-led deep-tech incubation centre while developing skills in operations,



stakeholder coordination, content creation, social media management, and executive support.We are looking for a proactive, highly organized, and enthusiastic individual who can take ownership of tasks, manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, and contribute creatively to building PIC’s digital presence and community.

REPONSIBILITIES:

Operational support:

• Support the smooth day-to-day operations of the Plaksha Incubation Centre.
• Coordinate with internal university teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of operational activities.
• Maintain and regularly update SharePoint, trackers, databases, and other internal systems.
• Maintain accurate records related to startups, events, partnerships, inventory, documentation, and other operational activities.
• Support scheduling, meeting coordination, follow-ups, and other executive assistance requirements.
