Role Description The Talent Acquisition Manager is a full-time,



on-site role based in Chandigarh, responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment efforts for legal and corporate positions across Aeren LPO. This role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle: defining role requirements with hiring managers, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting structured interviews, and overseeing the offer and onboarding process. The Talent Acquisition Manager will develop and execute hiring strategies, maintain a strong talent pipeline, and use data and market insights to improve recruitment processes. A key part of the role is strengthening employer branding by promoting Aeren LPO in relevant talent markets, building relationships with universities and qualified networks, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
