We are hiring experienced, sincere, and dependable telesales professionals to connect with potential clients, generate project enquiries, and manage regular follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on incoming enquiries.
• Explain our water and wastewater treatment services clearly.
• Understand client requirements and identify qualified project opportunities.
• Coordinate client discussions and quotation requests with the sales team.
• Maintain accurate call records, client details, and follow-up schedules.
• Work towards agreed calling and lead-generation targets.





Required Skills and Experience
• Previous telesales or telecalling experience is mandatory.
• Experience in the water industry is preferred, particularly STP, ETP, RO, or wastewater treatment.
• Strong communication, active listening, and professional telephone etiquette.
• Confidence in handling objections and following up consistently.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to maintain customer records.
• Reliability, self-discipline, and the ability to work independently from home.
• Access to a phone, a reliable internet connection, and a quiet workspace.
