Senior Business Systems Analyst
About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to bridge business and technology across the full project lifecycle, from concept to post-deployment. You’ll define requirements, shape product direction, and work with stakeholders, engineering, and design to deliver solutions that make a measurable difference.

What You’ll Do
• Act as the liaison between IT and business stakeholders on new solutions and integration projects
• Elicit and document business requirements, use cases, and functional specifications
• Map and model business processes, and advise on process and solution improvements
• Partner with technical teams to develop and evaluate solution alternatives
• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in line with business goals
• Prioritize requirements using business needs, customer feedback, and market trends
• Define and track KPIs to measure product success and adoption
• Create use cases and support user acceptance testing (UAT)




• Communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences

What You Bring
• 6+ years as a Business Systems Analyst on small to medium-sized projects
• Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical industry experience (required)
• Proven ability to write business and functional requirement documents, and to create source-to-target mapping documents
• Basic SQL and experience analyzing large datasets
• Experience with Jira and Confluence, and with Agile/Scrum environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Robust written and verbal communication, detail-oriented and self-directed
