Experience Required
The consultants should have hands-on experience in:
• Reconciliation and exception management
• Investigation and resolution of cash, position, accounting, NAV, and transaction breaks
• Administrative review and control oversight
• Root cause analysis and issue remediation
• Operational controls and process governance
• Data analysis, reporting, and process improvement

A solid accounting and fund accounting foundation is preferred, as the resources will be expected to analyse accounting-related exceptions,



understand fund accounting impacts, and work with Finance teams to drive resolution.

Product Experience
Preference for candidates with experience across:
• Fixed Income (Investment Grade, High Yield, Corporate Bonds)
• Private Credit / Private Placement Notes (PPNs)
• Bank Loans
• Derivatives (IRS, CDS, FX, Futures)
• Cash and Treasury Products

Systems Experience
Experience with one or more of the following would be beneficial:
• Everest
• Bloomberg
• VPM or similar fund accounting/general ledger platforms
• IVP, DUCO, or comparable reconciliation tools

Stakeholder Interaction
The consultants will be working closely with:
• Operations
• Controllers
• Fund Administration
• Investment Operations / Middle Office
