What we want you to do
1. Own end-to-end logistics strategy for sample pickup, transportation, and delivery across all service locations, ensuring speed, accuracy, and reliability.
2. Set and monitor TAT (Turnaround Time) benchmarks; drive continuous optimization across the logistics network.
3. Design and implement cost-optimization initiatives across vendor contracts, routes, and fleet/courier utilization.
4. Own cold chain integrity — define SOPs for temperature-controlled handling and audit compliance across transit.
5. Build and manage relationships with courier partners, vendors, and third-party logistics providers, including contract negotiation and SLA management.
6. Build escalation and issue-resolution protocols for delays, discrepancies, and service failures.

Set up systems to capture and act on patient/customer feedback related to logistics experience.

What were looking for in you

1. 2-6 years of experience in logistics/supply chain management, with at least 1-2 years in a team-leadership or managerial capacity.
2. Proven track record of driving TAT and cost efficiencies in a logistics operation.
3. Solid vendor management and negotiation skills.
4. Experience with cold chain / temperature-sensitive logistics is a strong plus (healthcare, pharma, or diagnostics background preferred).
5. Proficiency with logistics tracking tools, MIS/reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
6. Should have their own laptop.
