Job Description

• Complex Problem Solving & Escalations: Independently investigate and resolve complex, non-routine technical issues across the application and infrastructure stack, taking a fresh perspective to solve complex problems.
• Project Leadership & Delivery: Lead small-to-medium operational projects and infrastructure enhancement initiatives, managing timelines, deliverables, and technical implementation independently.




• Incident Management & Root Cause Analysis: Participate in major incident response and post-mortem analysis (RCA) to prevent recurrence and improve systemic reliability.
• Process Optimization & Automation: Identify opportunities for operational efficiency, contributing to process improvements and building tools to reduce manual toil.
• Mentorship & Technical Guidance: Provide informal guidance, technical coaching, and peer support to junior team members, elevating overall team capabilities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with DevOps, Software Engineering, and Product teams to align operational needs with technical roadmaps and system stability goals.

Required Technical Skills

• Advanced Scripting & Automation: High proficiency in writing complex scripts (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell) for task automation and system operationalization.
