About the Role
We are a rapid-growing, founder-led direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand .We're looking for a hands-on Media Buyer to plan, run, and optimise our paid campaigns and drive profitable growth. This role is primarily focused on Meta , with Google so you should be strong on both, with Meta as your core strength. You'll own real budgets and have a direct line to the brand's growth.

Location: Malad East, Mumbai — In-office (Monday to Saturday)(10 am to 7pm)

Key Responsibilities
• Plan, set up, and manage paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.
• Own day-to-day campaign management — budgets, bidding, audiences, creative testing, scaling winners, and cutting underperformers.
• Drive and improve key metrics: ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPM, CPC, and conversion rate.
• Build and test audiences — prospecting, retargeting, and lookalikes — and continuously optimise for efficiency.
• Brief and coordinate with the content/creative team on ad creatives (statics, videos, UGC)



and test variations.
• Track performance daily and weekly, maintain reporting dashboards, and use data to guide decisions.
• Manage ad budgets responsibly and scale spend profitably, within agreed guidelines.
• Stay on top of platform updates, ad policies, and new features on Meta and Google.
• Work with the website/landing-page team to improve conversion (basic CRO awareness).

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications
• 1+ year of hands-on experience running paid campaigns on both Meta Ads and Google Ads, with Meta as your stronger platform.
• Solid working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Performance Max/Shopping, Display).
• Confident with performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPM, conversion rate) and comfortable making data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel for reporting and analysis.
• Good understanding of the D2C / e-commerce funnel and performance-ma
