Role Summary:

The Head of Retention Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing customer retention and lifecycle marketing strategies that drive repeat purchases, customer loyalty, engagement, and long-term revenue growth across Group Bayport's portfolio of brands. The role will own the end-to-end customer lifecycle, leveraging data, customer insights, CRM platforms, and personalization to maximize customer lifetime value across key international markets, particularly the US market. The individual will work closely with Product, Analytics, Category, and Marketing teams to build scalable retention programs and deliver sustainable business growth.
