Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Chennai for Automobile Body Shop Advisors, Service Technicians, and Mechanics at Gurudev Motors (Škoda Dealers). Team members will handle customer interactions related to body shop and service requirements, assess vehicle damage, prepare repair estimates,



and coordinate job cards and approvals. Technicians and mechanics will perform routine and complex mechanical, electrical, and body repairs, including accident repair and paint work, following OEM standards and workshop procedures. The role involves supervising repair quality, ensuring timely delivery, maintaining workshop cleanliness and safety, and supporting aftersales initiatives. Daily tasks also include documentation, coordination with parts and service teams, and contributing to a high level of customer satisfaction.
