We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented IT Sales Executive specialising in B2B outbound telecalling, lead generation and appointment setting.
This is an IT solution-selling role, not a customer support, inbound calling or generic BPO position.

1. Key Responsibilities
B2B Outbound Calling & Prospecting
• Make outbound calls to business owners, IT managers, CTOs, CIOs, digital transformation leaders and other relevant decision-makers.
• Identify potential customers requiring software products, IT services, AI solutions, data engineering, cloud modernisation or digital services.
• Generate qualified B2B leads through cold calling, follow-ups, LinkedIn, email and online prospect research.
• Identify customer pain points, business requirements, budgets, decision-makers and purchasing timelines.
• Schedule qualified discovery
