About the RoleWe are looking for a high-ownership Talent Acquisition skilled with experience in hyperlocal delivery, last-mile logistics, quick commerce or mobility businesses to help us build high-performing teams as we scale.
The role will initially focus on hiring internal employees across Logistics and Operations, including City Operations, Area Management, Supply, Fleet, Control Tower and Business Operations. As the business expands, you will progressively take ownership of hiring across Travel, Telecom, Marketing, Brand, Sales, Partnerships and other corporate functions.
You will work closely with business leaders to understand organizational requirements, build talent pipelines and hire professionals who can drive business growth.
This is an opportunity to build and lead the Talent Acquisition function as the organization scales,



with exposure to multiple businesses and the potential to grow into a broader Talent Acquisition leadership role.
Key Responsibilities1. Operations & Logistics Hiring• Own end-to-end recruitment for internal Operations and Logistics positions.
• Hire for roles such as City Operations Manager, Area Manager, Cluster Manager, Supply Manager, Fleet Manager, Control Tower Manager, Vendor Operations and Business Operations.
• Understand the organizational structures and operating models of hyperlocal delivery and last-mile logistics businesses.
• Build talent pipelines for operational leadership and middle-management positions.
• Identify candidates from competing logistics, mobility and quick-commerce companies.

2. Business & Corporate Hiring• Gradually expand hiring responsibilities across Marketing, Brand, Sales, Business Development, Partnerships, Customer Success, Finance and HR.
