Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, focused on business expansion and management for P Cube Fitness.



The role involves identifying and evaluating new growth opportunities, including potential franchise partners and locations, and supporting the end-to-end process of franchise onboarding. The individual will manage day-to-day business operations across centers, track performance metrics, and implement strategies to improve revenue, client retention, and service quality. Responsibilities include coordinating with marketing teams on local campaigns, building relationships with partners and vendors, and ensuring brand standards are consistently maintained. The role also requires preparing business reports, analyzing financial and operational data, and collaborating with senior leadership on expansion plans and process improvements.
