Role Description The BIM Modeler is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru South, responsible for producing accurate and coordinated BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.



Daily tasks include creating and updating 3D models from point clouds and construction drawings, ensuring compliance with project standards, and supporting clash detection and constructability analysis. The role involves preparing detailed drawings, schedules, and quantities, and collaborating with architects, engineers, and project teams to maintain consistency across all project documentation. The BIM Modeler also contributes to model-based project planning (4D/5D), supports Scan to BIM workflows, and helps integrate models with facility management and digital construction processes.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM), including 3D model creation, coordination, and model-based documentation.
• Understanding of Architecture and construction processes, with the ability to interpret and translate design intent into detailed models.
