Role Description As a Senior Business Development Associate at LearningShala, you will drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and building long-term relationships with institutional partners and prospective students.



You will conduct market research to understand trends in online education, segment target audiences, and develop outreach strategies that align with the company’s goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, delivering compelling presentations and demos, managing the sales pipeline, and collaborating with marketing and counseling teams to optimize conversion. You will also track performance metrics, prepare reports, and contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance LearningShala’s presence in the higher education market. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.
