Magnify Global is hiring an operations coordinator to run our clients' Amazon Seller Central, TikTok Shop Seller Center, and Shopify stores day to day — listings, launches, inventory, reviews, and reporting. About Magnify GlobalMagnify Global is a Los Angeles brand-growth house. We run marketplace and D2C channels for consumer brands — Amazon, TikTok Shop, Shopify, and other marketplaces — distribute B2B, and produce content in our own studio. Our first marketplace client is a Middle East fragrance brand launching in the U.S., with more brands following. You'd be the operator behind their stores.
The roleYou'll own the back end of every store we manage. Products get listed right and launched on time, inventory stays in stock, catalog issues get fixed before they cost sales, and the team gets clean weekly numbers. You'll work with our LA team — an affiliate/community coordinator, a livestream host, and an outsourced PPC team — and report to the founder.




You start with one brand across three platforms and grow into more brands and a team as we scale. This is an operator role, not a marketing role: we don't run paid media or email in-house.
What you'll doAmazon (Seller Central)
• Build and maintain listings: titles, bullets, A+ content, images, variations, attributes, pricing
• Own Brand Registry, catalog cases, suppressed and stranded listings, and Seller Support escalations
• Plan FBA shipments and watch inventory health, restock limits, and in-stock rates
• Monitor Buy Box, pricing, and unauthorized sellers; flag issues and act on them
• Manage reviews, seller feedback, and buyer messages within SLA

TikTok Shop (Seller Center)
• List products, keep catalog and inventory synced, and set up promotions, flash deals, and bundles
• Prepare product cards and offers for livestreams and affiliate campaigns
