Indastro is a leading astrology platform delivering high-quality astrological services to clients in more than 60 countries.

We are looking for a Content Writer & Process Coordinator who can combine writing and editing skills with administrative ability to manage day-to-day content and operational workflows. The role will involve regulating content, quality assurance of written reports that are our major product, coordinating internal teams, and ensuring client assurance & content assurance together.

Key Responsibilities
• Write and regulate high-quality original content for the Indastro website, articles, reports, and other digital/social media platforms.
• Regulate & supervise personalized client astrological reports, ensuring high-quality English, clarity, consistency, structure, and overall presentation.
• Review reports and content prepared by other team members for grammar, formatting, completeness, and adherence to required quality standards before final delivery or publication.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure reports,



website and Social Media content are completed and delivered within timelines.
• Track content and report assignments, follow up on pending work, and maintain basic internal records and process trackers.

Skills & Attributes:
• Excellent written and spoken English with solid writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to identify grammatical errors, inconsistencies, gaps, and formatting issues.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments, deadlines, and follow-ups simultaneously.
• Proactive, responsible, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks from drafting through finalization.
• Comfortable using AI tools and technology to improve writing, editing, research, and administrative processes.

Experience & Education:
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in content writing, editing, publishing, content management, or a similar role.
