Role Description This is a full-time Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Noida with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work-from-home flexibility. The specialist will identify and qualify prospective customers, manage the sales pipeline,



and conduct product demonstrations that clearly communicate the value of TenseAi’s AI workforce platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing marketing campaigns, creating sales collateral, coordinating with product and customer success teams, and analyzing market trends to refine go-to-market strategies. The role also involves nurturing client relationships, providing ongoing training and product guidance to customers, gathering feedback to improve offerings, and representing TenseAi at events, webinars, and online communities. The ideal candidate will contribute to revenue growth by combining strong communication, sales, and customer service skills with a deep interest in AI and SaaS solutions.
