Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Finance professional with 5–10 years of experience to manage financial operations, R2R activities, reconciliations, month-end closing, reporting, intercompany accounting, audit support, and finance process improvements. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in accounting operations and be comfortable working with Zoho Books / Zoho Sheets and international business transactions.
Key Responsibilities1. Financial Operations• Manage and monitor the R2R cycle.
• Review journal entries,



accruals, provisions, prepayments, reclassifications, and adjustments.
• Monitor vendor advances, customer advances, outstanding balances, and settlements.
• Perform monthly review of GL accounts and identify unusual or incorrect entries.
• Follow up with internal teams for pending finance-related documents and approvals.
• Lead the monthly closing process and prepare and maintain month-end closing checklists.
• Ensure proper accounting treatment in accordance with applicable accounting standards.

2. Bank & Payable Management• Monitor incoming customer payments and outgoing supplier payments.
• Perform bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate with banks regarding payment issues, statements, confirmations, and account-related matters.
