We’re Hiring | FEA Engineer / Senior FEA Engineer for Automotive CAE
Experience: 3–6 Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering or equivalent

Job Overview :
We are looking for skilled and motivated FEA Engineers/ Senior FEA Engineer with experience in Finite Element Modeling and Analysis for automotive applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Altair HyperWorks, OptiStruct, and LS-DYNA, along with a strong understanding of automotive component Modeling, Crash, Durability, and NVH analysis.

Key Responsibilities :
• Finite Element Modeling of BIW, Frames, Door Closures, Battery, Trims, etc.
• Capable of providing connections as per requirement.
• FE Model validation on the elemental quality & connectivity.
• Sub-Assembly Responsible for FE Model creation, validation & Simulation results.
• Ensure On time delivery with First time right consistently for the given tasks.
• Prepare technical reports documenting analytical methods and findings.




• Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice engineering, vision, strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.

Required Skills & Experience :
• 3–6 years of experience in FEA modeling and analysis, preferably in the automotive domain.
• Hands-on experience with Altair HyperWorks and solvers such as OptiStruct and LS-DYNA.
• Robust knowledge of finite element modeling of sheet metal, plastic, and automotive structural components.
• Working knowledge of crash, durability, and NVH analysis.
• Understanding of automotive crash standards, particularly FMVSS.
• Good knowledge of element quality criteria, connection modeling, and FE model validation.
• Self-driven, resilient, and capable of managing assigned tasks and meeting project deadlines.
