Build one platform. Solve problems across many sectors.

At Samanvay, we believe technology should make frontline work simpler, smarter and more effective.

Our flagship product, Avni, is an open-source, offline-first platform that enables nonprofits, governments and social enterprises to digitise field programmes and make better decisions using data.

Imagine building a platform where the same feature could help a community health worker identify high-risk pregnancies, a teacher monitor student learning, a field engineer inspect water infrastructure, or a nonprofit support livelihood programmes—all without changing the underlying product. That’s Avni.

Unlike most enterprise software,

Avni is designed for environments where internet connectivity is unreliable, workflows are constantly evolving, and users have varying levels of digital familiarity.

Some of the people who use Avni every day are experienced clinicians. Others are community volunteers or frontline workers who are using a smartphone for the first time as part of their work. Designing software that works beautifully for all of them is one of our biggest engineering challenges—and one of the reasons our work is so rewarding.

We don’t build custom applications for every programme. We build one configurable platform that powers healthcare, education, nutrition, livelihoods, water management, climate resilience and community development. Every capability you build has the potential to unlock entirely current use cases.

If you enjoy building products with real technical depth and real-world impact, we’d love to meet you.
