As we scale our footprint across diverse retail networks and corporate sectors, we are looking for an entrepreneurial, high-energy B2B Sales & Sourcing Specialist. This is a powerful, dual-hatted role where you will completely own both ends of our business—securing manufacturing vendors on the back end and driving bulk wholesale clients on the front end.

The Profile We Need
We are not looking for an administrator. We need a highly independent, self-driven commercial go-getter. You must possess elite, ruthless negotiation skills and a strong sense of extreme ownership over the business growth. If you thrive under autonomy and know how to close a deal on both the factory floor and the corporate boardroom, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
• Aggressive Vendor Sourcing & Onboarding: Actively search for, vet,



and onboard new textile mills, yarn suppliers, and OEM manufacturing factories to optimize our production capacity.
• Wholesale Client Acquisition (B2B): Hunt and secure recent wholesale accounts, including retail chains, large distributors, independent clothing boutiques, and corporate gifting clients.
• Elite Contract Negotiation: Ruthlessly negotiate unit costs (PPW), Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs), payment terms, and delivery timelines with both manufacturers and corporate buyers to maximize brand profit margins.
• Account Management: Take complete ownership of handling existing vendors and B2B clients, resolving fulfillment issues, and maintaining strong relations to ensure regular recurring orders.
• End-to-End Business Responsibility: Oversee the entire cycle from production tracking to logistics and client delivery, ensuring high-quality control standards throughout.
