The Role
You’ll work directly with the founder on one job: revenue. This isn’t a “strategy” role where you make decks and hand them off. Some days you’ll be in a boardroom pitching an IT and Facilities head. Other days you’ll be at a coworking site at 8 am helping install panels before members walk in. No job is too high or too low, and we mean that.

What you’ll do
• Fill the demo calendar. Prospect on LinkedIn, by email, by phone, and at events. Find current clients and book them for demos every week.
• Run demo calls. Learn the product well enough to demo it live, online and in person. Fit the pitch to the buyer, answer the hard questions, and push for the next step.
• Run support calls. Get on calls with existing customers, troubleshoot first-level issues, guide admins through setup, and pass the tricky cases to engineering with clear details. Happy customers are the start of our next deals.




• Own the pipeline end to end. Take deals from first contact through demo, pilot, proposal, and close. Coworking deals move fast and are sensitive to price. Enterprise deals are slow and procurement-heavy. You’ll run both.
• Build the channel. Coworking chains buy many locations at once, so you’ll find and sign partners and resellers who can multiply our reach.
• Be on the ground. Travel to customer sites, industry events, coworking meetups, and workplace conferences. Run pilots in person and make sure they convert.
• Arm the sales motion. Write RFP responses, put together the security documentation for enterprise buyers, build case studies, and track install benchmarks and ROI.
• Bring the market back in. Tell the product team what customers actually ask for, what blocks deals, and what competitors are doing.
• Do whatever the founder’s office needs that week. Investor material, a pricing exercise, a
