TASL is establishing a state-of-the-art Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) facility at Devanahalli Aerospace Park, Bengaluru, focused on maintenance, repair, inspection and overhaul of military aircraft, including the C-130J Super Hercules.





We are looking for an experienced Statutory Compliance Executive to manage factory-related statutory compliance, labour-law filings, regulatory documentation, statutory audits and environmental compliance at our MRO facility.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage factory licence applications, renewals, amendments and statutory requirements under applicable factory legislation.
• Ensure timely submission of statutory returns, forms, declarations and reports to the Factories Department and Labour Commissioner.
• Maintain and support implementation of certified standing orders, employee code of conduct and applicable statutory workplace policies.
• Coordinate statutory grievance redressal, safety and other mandatory committees, including meetings, documentation and maintenance of records.
