ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns.
The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in Google Ads and Meta Ads, Analytical tools including but not limited to SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Analytics; have a solid understanding of performance metrics; and be comfortable taking ownership of campaigns from strategy to reporting. Campaign experience for Amazon and Flipkart will be an added advantage.



Candidates with experience in competitive D2C campaigns will be highly preferred.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Manage campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, Meta Lead Ads, Conversion campaigns, and other relevant formats.
• Conduct keyword research, audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets, bids, targeting, creatives, keywords, and audiences to improve results.
• Track and analyze key metrics such as CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversion rate, and revenue.
• Develop strategies to improve lead quality, conversions, and overall campaign efficiency.
• Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop performance-focused ad creatives and messaging.
