Key Responsibilities:

1. Business & P&L; Ownership
• Own overall business performance, including revenue, enrollments, collections, profitability, and P&L;, ensuring achievement of organizational targets.
• Develop business plans, budgets, forecasts, and growth strategies to improve financial performance, optimize costs, and maximize profitability.
• Monitor business performance through key financial metrics, identify growth opportunities, and drive corrective actions to ensure sustainable business growth.

2. GTM & Central Marketing Strategy
• Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies to strengthen market presence, increase brand awareness, and accelerate business growth across existing and current markets.
• Lead central marketing initiatives across digital, offline, and regional channels to generate demand, improve lead quality, and maximize student acquisition.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies to optimize marketing investments, improve campaign effectiveness, and achieve business objectives.

Central Counselling & Student Acquisition
• Lead the end-to-end central counselling function, including lead management, student engagement, counselling operations, conversion, and enrolment.
• Develop strategies to improve lead-to-counselling and counselling-to-enrolment conversion rates through effective processes, follow-ups, and performance monitoring.
• Drive counsellor productivity and customer experience by establishing performance benchmarks, monitoring funnel metrics, and implementing continuous process improvements.

4. YouTube, Digital Marketing & Content Strategy
• Drive YouTube, digital marketing, and content strategies to strengthen brand engagement, generate qualified leads, and improve student acquisition.
