Role Description The Multi Unit Manager is a full time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area, responsible for overseeing multiple retail or outlet locations for Toyo Kombucha. The role includes managing day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to brand standards, and maintaining product quality and service consistency across all units. The Multi Unit Manager will lead and coach store managers and teams, handle staffing and scheduling,



and monitor sales performance, inventory, and cost control. This role will also involve implementing operational procedures, driving local marketing initiatives, and analyzing performance metrics to improve customer experience and business results. The Multi Unit Manager will collaborate closely with senior leadership to support expansion plans, execute strategic projects, and uphold safety, hygiene, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications

• Strong multi-unit retail or food & beverage operations skills, including store management, inventory control, and basic P&L; understanding.
• Team leadership and people management skills, with experience in coaching, performance management, and building inclusive, high-performing teams.
