Role Description The Retail Sales Partner is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for engaging with walk-in customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable furniture solutions that align with Bontrue’s design philosophy. Day-to-day activities include presenting product features and benefits, managing the sales process from initial enquiry to closing,



handling basic account and billing information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The Retail Sales Partner will maintain store displays, coordinate with internal teams on inventory and deliveries, and support promotional activities and channel partner relationships as needed. This position requires consistent in-person presence at the showroom to deliver hospitable, consultative service.
Qualifications
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage customers, understand requirements, and provide personalized support.
• Proven Sales experience, with the ability to identify customer needs, present solutions, and close sales effectively.
• Exposure to Account Management, including managing customer records, follow-ups, and after-sales support.
• Experience working with Channel Partners or retail partners to support collaborative sales and promotions.
• Interest in furniture, interior design,
