About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Onboarding Manager to drive candidate engagement and deliver a seamless onboarding experience. You will be the key point of contact for candidates from offer acceptance through joining, ensuring a positive experience and maximizing joining conversions.
Key Responsibilities
• Engage with offered candidates and maintain regular communication.
• Coordinate post-offer engagement activities with stakeholders.
• Confirm joining dates and support candidates through the onboarding journey.
• Manage end-to-end joining formalities, documentation, and compliance.
• Plan and execute onboarding,
induction, and orientation programs.
• Track onboarding metrics and share MIS/compliance reports.
• Support campus hiring, lateral recruitment, and Talent Acquisition initiatives.
What We're Looking For
• 4+ years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, or HR Operations.
• Robust communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
