Responsibilities
• Handle litigation (RERA, consumer) and dispute resolution
• Conduct land due diligence & support JV transactions
• Draft/review contracts with legal consultants
• Manage society/association formation & registration
• Provide advisory on property transfers, housing loans, stamp duty, etc.

Requirements
• LLB with 12+ years PQE in litigation & real estate law
• Robust knowledge of Maharashtra land laws & RERA
• Expertise in contract drafting & negotiation
• Excellent communication & advisory skills
