Role Description The Head of Human Resources is a full-time, in office role based in Maharashtra, India,



responsible for leading the overall HR function and strategy for Akar Auto Industries Ltd. This role oversees workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning to ensure the organization is staffed, developed, and retained effectively. Daily responsibilities include designing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, handling disciplinary and grievance procedures, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws and regulatory requirements. The Head of HR will collaborate with senior leadership on organizational development, compensation and benefits, learning and development initiatives, and employee engagement programs. The role also involves establishing HR metrics, driving continuous improvement in HR processes, and fostering a culture of safety, inclusion, and high performance in a manufacturing environment.
