Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Bhopal. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new outreach opportunities, building partnerships with schools, colleges, and industry organizations, and promoting Parul University’s academic programs. The role involves regular meetings with prospective partners, organizing and attending education fairs and events,



and managing lead generation and conversion activities. The Business Development Manager will also collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to develop targeted campaigns, track performance metrics, and prepare reports on market trends and business growth. Ongoing relationship management, stakeholder communication, and representation of the university in external forums are key components of the day-to-day responsibilities.
