About This Role





We are seeking a motivated Solution Sales Specialist to join our SME Digital Sales team in Dublin. Thisindividual will work closely with National Account Managers to develop and close new business opportunitiesacross the Total Communications portfolio. The role combines sales expertise, customer engagement, andsolution knowledge to create tailored ICT and cloud-based propositions for SME customers. The idealcandidate will bring strong consultative selling capability, a team-oriented mindset, and the ability to translatecustomer needs into impactful technology solutions.

What You’ll Do

Develop and manage a structured plan to achieve and surpass sales targets for Cloud & Hosting and ICTsolutions.

• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring proactive creation, qualification, and progression ofopportunities
• Conduct comprehensive Business Ready Conversations to understand SME customer
