Summary:
As a Techno-Commercial professional, you will own the complete sales cycle and be accountable for converting technical customer requirements into commercial business opportunities.
You will identify and develop current business, build customer relationships, understand technical and application requirements, drive product trials, develop commercial proposals, negotiate with decision-makers, and convert opportunities into revenue.
You will work directly with customers and cross-functional teams to solve application challenges, drive trials to closure,



develop new accounts, and build repeat business. The role carries clear responsibility for business development, customer conversion, revenue generation, and market expansion.

Responsibilities & Ownership:
• Own and drive new business development across the dairy and food ingredients industry.
• Build, manage and convert a strong pipeline of prospective customers into active business opportunities.
• Identify and understand customer requirements, applications, formulation challenges and commercial expectations.
• Present and position Sheekharr's products and application-based solutions based on customer requirements.
• Plan, coordinate and drive product sampling and customer trials through timely technical and commercial follow-up.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable solutions in coordination with R&D; and technical teams.
