We make brands matter on the internet. We work with creators, build campaigns, turn ideas into execution, and make things happen.
Now, we’re looking for someone to help us do more of it.
What you’ll actually do• Find creators who make sense for a brand, not just creators with big numbers.
• Talk to people, build relationships, negotiate deals, and get things moving.
• Help take campaigns from “what if we tried this?” to “it’s live.”
• Keep creators, timelines, content, and deliverables in check.
• Track what’s working, what isn't, and what we should do better next time.
Who we’re looking forSomeone curious, switched on, organised, valuable with people, and comfortable figuring things out.
You should understand social media beyond scrolling, communicate without making everything sound like a corporate email,
and take ownership instead of waiting for instructions.
If you have a good eye for content, a head for strategy, and the ability to get shit done without making it complicated, we’d like to meet you.
A few things to know• This is a full-time, on-site role in Panchkula.
• You’ll work closely with the team on real brand campaigns.
• You’ll have room to learn, take ownership, and make an actual impact.
