Succession Planning Associate — Vadodara (embedded at client site)

About the role
OriginBluy is a leadership-development and culture-transformation firm based in Gurgaon.
We are looking for a Succession Planning Associate to be embedded at our client’s Vadodara office, a large Gujarat state PSU in the chemicals sector. You will support delivery of a succession planning programme for senior leadership roles, from competency framework through Assessment Centres to development plans and coaching.

You will be the on-the-ground coordinator of the engagement. That means keeping the assessment calendar running, supporting our senior assessors and coaches, maintaining the data, and making sure every successor’s journey is tracked and documented.

What you will do
Assessment Center Design Support
• Help design assessment center including getting competencies
• Preparing decks for senior leadership
• Preparing final documents to submit to client
• Brain storm on design and people to engage

Assessment Centre Run support




• Schedule and coordinate Assessment Centres for identified successors at L-1 and L-2 levels, covering calendars, rooms, materials, and assessor and participant briefings.
• Sit in on Behavioural Event Interviews (BEIs) as note-taker, and prepare clean transcripts and evidence summaries against the competency framework.
• Help collate assessor ratings and evidence into individual assessment reports.

Development plans and coaching
• Draft Individual Development Plans (IDPs) from assessment outputs for review by OriginBluy consultants.
• Schedule coaching sessions for successors, and track attendance, actions and progress.
• Follow up with successors and their managers on IDP actions.

Tracking and reporting
• Maintain the master successor tracker and dashboard, covering positions, successors, assessment status, IDP status and coaching progress.
• Prepare inputs for the monthly leadership review, and flag slippages early.
