About the RolePERICENT® is looking for a proactive and target-driven Senior SDR to drive B2B lead generation, prospect engagement, and qualified sales opportunities for our docEdge® (Document Management System) and bpmEdge® (Business Process Management Solution).
Key Responsibilities• Identify and qualify B2B prospects through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, and other channels.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings or product demos.
• Conduct prospect research and build targeted outreach campaigns.
• Maintain accurate lead data, follow-ups, and pipeline updates in CRM.




• Collaborate with Sales and Pre-Sales teams to improve conversion rates.
• Mentor junior SDRs and support achievement of team targets.

Required Skills• 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales development or lead generation, preferably in IT/SaaS.
• Solid communication, prospecting, and negotiation skills.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and outbound campaigns.
• Ability to achieve targets and independently manage the sales pipeline.
