Your role

The Business Development Manager (BDM) India is responsible for driving sustainable growth within the Environmental Segment by identifying and developing market opportunities, building strategic customer and partner relationships, and expanding sales of integrated solutions for anaerobic digestion, manure management, and municipal and industrial wastewater treatment applications. The role combines commercial leadership, market development, strategic account management, channel partner support, and aftermarket growth to help customers improve operational efficiency, resource recovery, renewable energy production, and environmental sustainability.

Acting as the primary commercial lead for the Environmental Segment in India, the BDM develops and executes growth strategies, identifies new business opportunities, manages key accounts, and strengthens the regional partner network. In close collaboration with engineering, product management, manufacturing, and service teams in Germany and Italy, the BDM ensures the delivery of high-quality,



value-driven solutions that address customer needs and support long-term business success.

The role is responsible for promoting the complete Environmental Segment portfolio, including pumps, mixers, separation technologies, modules, hygienizing biocells, relevant accessories, and lifecycle service offerings.

Uniquely, this role will work closely with the Divisional Business Line Managers for Environmental, and the Sales Distribution Managers.
