Role Description The Resort Sales Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Kochi, with flexibility for partial work-from-home. This role is responsible for driving room, event, and package sales for the resort through proactive prospecting, client relationship management, and effective negotiation. Day-to-day activities include identifying new business opportunities, responding to inquiries, preparing proposals, conducting site inspections,



and coordinating with operations and reservations teams to ensure seamless guest experiences. The Resort Sales Manager will maintain accurate sales records, prepare regular reports and forecasts, and collaborate with marketing to support promotional campaigns and brand visibility. The role also involves attending industry events, nurturing corporate and travel trade partnerships, and consistently meeting revenue and performance targets.
Qualifications

• Strong resort or hotel sales experience, including account management, lead generation, and contract negotiation.
• Proficiency in using CRM or hotel sales systems, along with solid skills in MS Office tools for reporting and presentations.
