Business Development Manager – Interior

Job Summary
We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Manager – Interior to drive business growth, generate new leads, develop client relationships, and convert opportunities into successful projects.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, sales, and client-handling skills, along with a good understanding of the interior, furniture, retail, commercial, or design industry.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, references, and lead generation.
• Generate and qualify leads from architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, corporate clients, and other potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design and production teams to develop suitable solutions.




• Prepare and present company profiles, proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and clients to move leads through the sales pipeline.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and project requirements with clients.
• Convert qualified leads into confirmed orders and projects.
• Coordinate with design, production, dispatch, and project teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, quotations, and conversions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
• Develop long-term business relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals.
