Role Description The Inside Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. In this position, the specialist will handle inbound and outbound calls, engage with prospective students, and understand their educational and career aspirations. The role involves qualifying leads, explaining LearningShala’s offerings,



and guiding prospects through the enrollment process to achieve conversion targets. The specialist will maintain accurate records in CRM tools, follow up with leads promptly, and coordinate with counseling and operations teams to ensure a smooth student journey. Day-to-day responsibilities also include addressing queries, resolving concerns, and contributing to high levels of student satisfaction and trust.
Qualifications
• Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, including experience managing pipelines and converting prospects into enrolled students.
• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on building trust, handling queries, and resolving concerns effectively.
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and empathetically.
• Prior experience in education, edtech, or counseling-related sales is highly beneficial.
