Role Description The Business Development Associate is a full time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, including generating leads through outbound outreach, networking, and relationship-building with potential corporate partners and institutional clients. The associate conducts market research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs, and uses these insights to support sales strategies and program positioning.



Daily responsibilities include preparing and delivering presentations about the academy’s services, following up with prospects, maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools, and collaborating with internal teams to align offerings with market demand. The role also includes contributing to business proposals, participating in events or seminars, and supporting overall revenue growth and brand visibility.
Qualifications

• Strong presentation skills, including creating and delivering clear, engaging presentations.
• Experience with lead generation and prospecting for new business opportunities.
• Ability to conduct structured market research and analyze data to derive actionable insights.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on client-facing interactions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field preferred.
