We're looking for Quality Assurance Analysts

Responsibilities:

• Perform Functional Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), Regression Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support activities.
• Execute test cycles, document results, and ensure adequate business and functional coverage.
• Identify, log, track, and retest defects while collaborating with development teams for timely resolution.
• Validate integrations between insurance systems and third-party applications.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate closely with business analysts, product owners, developers, and stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables.
• Provide testing metrics, status reports, and risk assessments to project stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Solid understanding of P&C; Insurance business processes:



Policy Administration, Underwriting, Claims Management, Billing, Endorsements, Renewals
• Proficiency in: Functional Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), Regression Testing, UAT Support
• Proficiency in test case design, test execution, defect management, and test reporting.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios and test cases.
• Familiarity working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
