ABOUT BOOKLEAF PUBLISHING
BookLeaf Publishing is one of India’s leading independent self-publishing houses, processing 1,200+ books every month across a catalog of 22,000+ titles. We operate across India and the US, run our own warehouse and in-house printing facility in Delhi, and have been featured on Shark Tank India Season 4. Our mission is to make publishing accessible, transparent, and technology-driven for authors everywhere.
We are a small, fast-moving team that punches well above its weight—powered by automation, smart systems, and a bias for shipping. If you thrive in environments where you own outcomes end to end, you’ll fit right in.
THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Full-Stack Developer who can take ownership of our entire technology stack—from our customer-facing author dashboard and internal operations tools to the AI-powered automations and integrations that keep our publishing engine running. You won’t just write code; you’ll architect systems, make technical decisions, and directly shape how thousands of authors experience BookLeaf.
This role sits at the intersection of product engineering and AI integration. You’ll work on everything from building and improving web applications to setting up intelligent workflows using AI APIs and automation platforms.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Build & Scale Web Applications: Design, develop, and maintain our author-facing dashboard, internal tools, and operations software. Take features from concept to production.
• AI & LLM Integration: Integrate AI capabilities into our products and workflows—connecting platforms like OpenAI, building intelligent automations, managing API keys, and ensuring reliable AI-powered features in production.
• Automation & Workflow Engineering: Design and manage automation pipelines using tools like
