Role Description The International Blended Process Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Kolkata Area. This position involves handling a mix of voice and non-voice processes for international customers, including responding to queries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information across multiple communication channels. The associate will manage customer accounts, follow defined workflows,



and ensure compliance with company policies and client-specific guidelines. Daily responsibilities include updating records, monitoring transactions, performing basic financial or process-related checks, and escalating complex cases when necessary. The role requires maintaining high service quality, meeting performance targets, and collaborating with team members and supervisors to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) skills, with experience in handling international processes preferred.
