Surlon India Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to manage key customer accounts, handle technical and commercial enquiries, and develop recent business opportunities across various industrial sectors.
The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B industrial sales, costing and quotations, customer relationship management, and coordination with manufacturing teams.

1. Sales & RFQ Management
• Manage the complete Request for Quotation (RFQ) process, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer enquiries.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, pricing proposals and commercial quotations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to evaluate technical feasibility, costing and delivery commitments.

2. Business Development
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across sectors such as Semiconductors, Wind Energy, Aviation, Railways and other industrial segments.




• Generate leads, approach prospective customers and convert enquiries into business opportunities.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers, procurement teams and technical personnel.

3. Key Account Management
• Manage existing customer accounts and strengthen long-term business relationships.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate internally to ensure timely execution.
• Address customer complaints and ensure prompt and effective resolution.

4. Sales Pipeline & Reporting
• Maintain and monitor the sales pipeline from lead generation to order closure.
• Track enquiries, quotations, follow-ups and order conversions.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, customer development and business opportunities.

5. Internal Coordination & Team Support
• Work closely with Production, PPC, Quality, Logistics and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth order execution.
